MJ Models is a data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

What we collect

• Order data: name, mobile, email, shipping address, GSTIN (optional).
• Strictly necessary cookies to run the site (cart, session).
• Analytics cookies only if you explicitly accept them in the consent banner.

How we use it

To take and ship your order, send invoices and updates, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data, and we do not run dark patterns or pre-ticked subscriptions.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure or grievance redressal by emailing privacy@mjmodels.in. Our Grievance Officer responds within 15 days as required by DPDP.

Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your account and contact details otherwise.
