We ship pan-India from our Delhi studio using insured, trackable courier partners.

Lead times

Each model lists its real lead time on the product page. Standard residential and commercial pieces typically ship within 7–14 working days; bespoke commissions are quoted individually.

COD

Cash on Delivery is available for orders under ₹5,000 to serviceable PIN codes, with OTP verification at the door. For higher-value orders, please use UPI or cards.

Packing

Every model leaves the studio in a foam-lined inner box and a plywood crate for long-haul shipments. We photograph each crate before it leaves.
