Returns & replacements

We hand-build to order, so we don’t accept “change of mind” returns. We do replace or repair anything that arrives damaged.

If something arrives damaged

1. Photograph the crate and the damage within 48 hours.
2. Email hello@mjmodels.in with your order number.
3. We arrange a courier pickup at our cost.

Repair, don’t replace

For accidental damage after delivery, we offer in-studio repair at workshop rates. Send us photos and we’ll give you an honest estimate before you ship the model back.
